Serhan was kind, honest and extremely patient throughout the process, and always went the extra mile. He always gets you rock star parking (often risking parking tickets for your benefit of parking close, appreciated during the cold winters!), and overall is a very personable and hardworking guy that was a pleasure to hang out with throughout the process.
